Exercising regularly is a healthy practice. While exercising needs to be actively included in the schedule, and it can take a bit of motivation to get moving, the rewards are worth the effort.
The fitness I have allows me to enjoy my activities on holidays and weekends with friends and family.

Part of my healing was that I needed to include self-care, taking care of myself and these therapeutic/ rehabilitation exercises were part of this (as was the lymphatic self-massage that I did in the morning).
Now that I am further along in my recovery I definitely feel that one of the things that works best for me is a warm up routine to support my flexibility and movement in general, and also help my lymph flow since I have had lymph nodes removed.

When I was looking into cancer when I was first diagnosed exercise being important for health, wellness and mental well-being seemed to be universally agreed on.
