Echinacea/ Goldenseal combines two species of Echinacea (Echinacea Purpurae and Echinacea angustifolia). Goldenseal root contains the powerful alkaloids berberine and hydrastine that may support the immune system by promoting healthy mucous which may soothe irritated tissues. Due to its actions on the mucous membranes Goldenseal is recommended to be used in small doses for short periods of time.

Adults: Take 15-20 drops (1 ml) in water with a meal three times daily. Children: Take approximately 5-10 drops (.5 ml) in water with a meal three times daily.
